Hair vs. Hair Match Set For 10/1 Episode Of AEW Rampage
The war between Orange Cassidy and Matt Hardy rages on.
On the September 24 episode of AEW Rampage, the Hardy Family Office lost an eight-man tag team match to the Lucha Bros. and Santana and Ortiz. During the bout, Matt Hardy attempted to cut off the hair of a downed Ortiz but was stopped by Orange Cassidy, who came out and delivered an Orange Punch to Jack Evans.
Backstage, Hardy, who has been trying to cut Cassidy’s hair off for weeks, challenged him to a Hair vs. Hair match. The catch, however, is that he would be facing TH2’s Jack Evans rather than Hardy himself. Evans was taken aback by the challenge but was warned by Matt not to fail him.
AEW later made the match official for the October 1 edition of Rampage.
Here is the updated lineup for Friday’s AEW Rampage.
