NJPW’s Gabe Kidd took to Twitter/X to take a shot at AEW by noting that some geek said it was wrestle the best wrestle. He stated that he would eat up any AEW Senshu like it was a breakfast burrito. Kidd claimed that 2% of their roster could hack the NJPW trainee system. He then stated that he would scrap “any of them rats” at Forbidden Door.

Kidd then took a shot at Rocky Romero, who is both part of the AEW front office and New Japan of America Vice President of Show and Talent Coordination. He called Romero an NJPW snake.
