Former WWE Superstar Jinny announced her retirement from wrestling in a tweet on January 14, 2022. In the tweet, she cites an undisclosed injury as the reason for her decision.

Jinny also says she’s excited for the next chapter in her life.

Jinny has not wrestled since November 2021. Her last match was a victory in WWE NXT UK over Amale. Fightful previously reported that Jinny had still been under a WWE deal after she’d been moved to WWE’s alumni section on its roster page. Jinny had been doing work for BT Sport, WWE’s media partner, during her time off.

During her career, she held titles in multiple promotions. She had two reigns as PROGRESS Women’s Champion, totaling 706 combined days as champion. She also held the RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship in 2018 for a total of 147 days.

Now, Jinny is focused on what’s next after a successful career.  Fightful congratulates her on her career accomplishments.
