Former Independent Wrestler Rockin’ Rebel And His Wife Found Dead In What Seems To Be A Murder-Suicide

Various news outlets in the state of Pennsylvania have reported the story of a murder-suicide case in Chester County, PA. The report by way of CBS Philly notes that a husband and wife were found dead in their home this morning. West Goshen Township Police were called to the scene just after 6:30 A.M. and that is where the police were said to have found the slain bodies of a man and woman in the living room. There were children inside of the home who were unharmed and the names of the man and woman have yet to be released by the police.
Although the names have not been released, friends of the couple have confirmed that former independent wrestler Rockin' Rebel, real name Chuck Williams and his wife Stephanie Burnett were the identities of the man and woman involved in the murder-suicide. Brian Heffron, better known as "The Blue Meanie" posted the following onto his official Facebook page concerning the news as he was informed about it:
"Learned of some horrible news. Tragic news. I'm speechless honestly. Rest in peace Stephanie Burtnett. My heart breaks for her children. My thoughts go out to her family. Godspeed….."
The current SHINE Champion 'LuFisto' noted on her personal Facebook page that Chuck Williams helped her financially while she was battling cancer. She also went on to share the following post onto Twitter mentioning that she will love both Chuck and Stephanie forever.
Rockin' Rebel began his in-ring career in 1990 and five years later after leaving ECW he transitioned to the independent wrestling scene. Rockin' Rebel went on to wrestle across the globe and eventually returned to the United States to continue his pro wrestling career. He last wrestled on May 19th of this year for the 'Adrenaline Championship Wrestling' promotion at their 'Can You Handle Thhis?' event in his home-state of Pennsylvania.
