First Name Qualifies For Ultimate X Match At IMPACT Slammiversary On 5/12 IMPACT Wrestling
The first of Ace Austin’s challengers for IMPACT Slammiversary has been determined.
At the June 19 event, Ace Austin will defend his X Division Championship in an Ultimate X Match. On the May 12 episode of IMPACT Wrestling, Kenny King of Honor No More faced BULLET CLUB’s Chris Bey for the first of five available spots.
After a hard-fought battle, Kenny King was able to defeat Chris Bey and qualify for Ultimate X. He was able to hit Royal Flush after Maria Kanellis provided a distraction with Bey on the top rope.

Ace won the belt last month at Rebellion, defeating Trey Miguel in a Triple Threat Match that also included ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey. He defeated Miguel earlier this month at Under Siege in a contractual rematch, his first successful defense of the title.
