FinJuice Say That They’ll Be Back In IMPACT Wrestling Sooner Rather Than Later
David Finlay and Juice Robinson intend on returning to IMPACT Wrestling.
On Thursday, May 20, the NJPW duo lost their IMPACT World Tag Team Titles to Violent By Design’s Rhino and Joe Doering. This happened immediately after they had just defended the belts against Ace Austin and Madman Fulton. Unfortunately for them, Rhino cashed in his Call Your Shot trophy (which he won at Bound for Glory 2020) and took advantage of the exhausted Champions.
IMPACT has released a new backstage video where they caught up with FinJuice to get their thoughts on what happened.
“What the hell is a Call Your Shot trophy? I’ve heard of a briefcase, didn’t know there was a trophy,” exclaimed Finlay.
FinJuice were interviewed by Gia Miller earlier in the program and shared that they would be going back to Japan after tonight’s show. No information was given on when or if they would be returning.
According to Juice Robinson, though, they’ll be back soon enough. He said this:
“We’re going to Japan, we’re whooping ass, and we’re coming back here sooner rather than later and we’re picking up where we left off — well, besides before a couple of minutes ago but we’re picking up where we left off before we lost those damn belts.”

Finlay and Robinson won the belts from Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows at Sacrifice and successfully retained in the rematch at Rebellion. They continued to get the upper hand on Gallows and Anderson when they teamed with Eddie Edwards in a winning effort versus The Good Brothers and Kenny Omega at Under Siege.
