Finals Set For AEW Title Number One Contender’s Tournament
Hangman Page and Kenny Omega will finally clash at AEW Full Gear.
Page and Omega won their respective semi-final bouts in the AEW Title Number One Contender’s Tournament, setting up the finals at Full Gear. Page was victorious against Wardlow, putting him away with two buckshot lariats. In the other semi-final bout, Omega finished off Penta El Zero M with the one-winged angel.
The winner of the tournament final will receive a future shot at the AEW World Title.
Omega and Page were the AEW Tag Team Champions from January 21 to September 5 but diverged into singles action after losing the titles to FTR.
