“Filthy” Tom Lawlor Submits Low Ki To Capture MLW World Heavyweight Championship At ‘SuperFight’
Tom Lawlor is now the head honcho in MLW.
MLW’s ‘SuperFight’ show saw two titles change hands as earlier in the night the Hart Foundation (Davey Boy Smith Jr. and Teddy Hart) defeated Pentagon Jr. and Fenix to capture the MLW World Tag Team Championships. To cap off the night, Low Ki defended the MLW World Heavyweight Championship against “Filthy” Tom Lawlor. Lawlor was able to lock in a submission maneuver on Low Ki which caused Low Ki to give in and once the referee rang the bell, Tom Lawlor officially became the new and seventh MLW World Heavyweight Champion.
