– The father of former IMPACT X Division Champion Trevor Lee, Tracy Caddell passed away today. He left behind a legacy that not only touched his son but many other professional wrestlers.
– Flip Gordon finally got booked and it was for “NXT” as he shared a photo of himself alongside Alexander Hammerstone with an NXT logo pasted at the top of the picture.
– The tournament to determine new #1 contenders for The Bludgeon Brothers’ SmackDown Live Tag Team Titles at SummerSlam will pick back up this Tuesday on SmackDown Live. A Twitter user recently asked why Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows were not a part of the tournament and good brother Karl responded with the following:
– A benefit show is being put together by the ‘Keystone State Wrestling Alliance’ promotion in Pennsylvania to raise money for the former SCW Junior Heavyweight Champion Lord Zoltan who is a Pennsylvanian and made his name in pro wrestling in the state as well.
– The WWE YouTube channel has reached 30 million subscribers.
– Former two-time IWGP Tag Team Champion Scott Steiner turned 56-years old today.
– Former pro rugby player Luke Menzies made his NXT live event debut last night in Fort Pierce and was successful as he defeated Mars Wang. This past May it was announced by WWE that he signed with the company.
– Matt Hardy shared a throwback photo onto Twitter of himself holding tag team gold.
