Ethan Page Wraps Up 2020 Schedule Early, Cancels Independent Booking Due To COVID-19 Exposure
Ethan Page has officially wrapped up his 2020 wrestling schedule after coming in contact with somebody who tested positive for COVID-19.
Ethan Page, who has been very conscious of only working select wrestling shows and even made the decision to not run any Alpha-1 Wrestling events in Canada until things are more secure with the virus, has canceled his final wrestling booking for 2020. A show for ACW in Wisconsin on Friday, December 4th.
It was recently reported that someone tested positive for COVID at the most recent IMPACT tapings and that a few wrestlers were notified, but others weren’t and those who weren’t notified were “very hot” at not finding out directly from management.
In his tweet, he apologizes to Hornswoggle. Most recently on IMPACT Wrestling, Ethan Page lost to Hornswoggle who was dressed as AJ Styles.
Wanted to apologize to @ACW_Wisconsin for having to miss Dec 4th’s upcoming event.
I’ve come in contact w/ a covid positive person & will need to quarantine for 14 days.
That will wrap up my 2020 schedule.
