Elias Thinks He Will Be In Main Event Scene Some Day
Elias says he’s opening eyes to how talented he is as a wrestler.
Elias has been in a few pay-per-view matches in 2018 including unsuccessfully challenging for the Intercontinental Championship against Seth Rollins at Money in the Bank.
In an interview with New York Post, Elias talked about his match against Rollins and said it “opened up people’s eyes” to his talent. He also said he will be regularly in the main event soon.
“You know, working with Seth at the ‘Money in the Bank’ was a great experience, but I’ve been doing main events on the live events for months now so it’s only a matter of time before I’m on the regular main event schedule on television and pay-per-views,” said Elias.
Earlier this week, Elias revealed a sponsorship with Fender and said in the interview that a Fender was the first guitar that he picked up. Elias also talked about wrestling against the Undertaker at Madison Square Garden later this year.
When Elias was last seen in the ring on Raw, he calling out Brock Lesnar before it was announced the number one contender match at Extreme Rules was canceled.
