El Hijo Del Vikingo Bout In Mexico Stopped Early, Tended To For Potential Knee Injury
Vikingo is being checked for a knee injury.
El Hijo del Vikingo was in action on Saturday night at Arena López Mateos. Unfortunately, the bout was stopped early as Vikingo landed awkwardly on a tilt-a-whirl with his knee buckling underneath him.
Vikingo was tended to by officials and was seen with his knee wrapped up after the match.
Mas Lucha reports that “after first assessment, there is talk it may be a ligament rupture.” The extent of the injury has not been confirmed.
