In recent weeks, fans have been speculating about Edge’s future, as the WWE Hall of Famer’s contract was reportedly set to expire in September. Edge was reportedly removed from the internal roster as a TV performer. Fightful Select reported that some in AEW thought Edhe jumping ship was a real possibility.
On the September 29 episode of WWE SmackDown, many fans noticed that Edge was removed from the opening video of the show.

Edge was recently removed from the miscellaneous list on WWE’s internal roster. More information is available here.
Edge recently celebrated his 25th anniversary with WWE. He is an 11-time world champion, and he has won the Money in the Bank match. Edge is also a two-time Royal Rumble winner, among other accolades.
