Eddy Thorpe’s Debut, 20-Man Battle Royal, Last Chance Qualifier, More Set For 3/28 WWE NXT

Eddy Thorpe will debut on the March 28 episode of WWE NXT.

During the March 21 episode of WWE NXT, a vignette hyped the looming arrival of Eddy Thorpe. The video ended with a message that noted that Thorpe will debut on the March 28 episode of NXT. Thorpe is the former Karl Fredericks, and he reportedly signed with WWE in January. He has been competing on NXT Level Up in recent weeks, and he will make his arrival on the main NXT brand on March 28.

Elsewhere on the show, Ivy Nile, Sol Ruca, and Indi Hartwell will clash in a Last Chance Qualifying Match for the NXT Women’s Championship Ladder Match at NXT Stand & Deliver. The winner willjoin Gigi Golin, Tiffany Stratton, Lyra Valkyria, and Zoey Stark.  

Plus, a 20-Man Battle Royal will determine the fifth competitor in the NXT North American Championship match at NXT Stand & Deliver. On the March 21 episode of NXT, NXT North American Champion Wes Lee announced that Dragon Lee, Ilja Dragunov, and JD McDonagh would get three of the four spots for contenders in the match. The winner of the battle royal will join these three competitors and Lee in the title match at NXT Stand & Deliver. 

Finally, Grayson Waller will respond to Johnny Gargano, who named an Unsanctioned Match as the stipulation for their match at NXT Stand & Deliver during the March 21 episode. Waller stated that he would sign the contract if Gargano was banned from the building.
