Deonna Purrazzo Wants To Break The Arm Of Toni Storm, Hathaway Helps Nightingale | AEW Fight Size

Here is your post-Dynamite fight size update for Wednesday, February 14, 2024.

– The night kicked off with a great back and forth match, as Jon Moxley faced off against Dax Harwood. Moxley was able to pick up the win after choking out Harwood with a Bulldog Choke. Cash Wheeler came to the ring to try and defend Harwood, but he was quickly laid out by Claudio Castagnoli.

– Renee Paquette interviewed Don Callis, Konosuke Takeshita, and Powerhouse Hobbs backstage. Callis said that nobody wants to step up to Takeshita and Hobbs, which forces him to pit Takeshita against Will Ospreay at the upcoming Revolution pay-per-view:

– Next up, Adam Copeland faced off against Daniel Garcia in a match that determined the next challenger for the TNT Championship. The match ended in a no contest after Nick Wayne and Luchasaurus attacked both men. Christian Cage then took out Copeland with a Con-Chair-To.

– Samoa Joe hit the ring and criticized the championship committee for awarding both Swerve Strickland and Adam Page with a championship match at Revolution. Strickland and Page also hit the ring shortly after, and as expected, Strickland and Page went after one another. Joe put an end to the bickering by noting that he’s going to whip both Strickland and Page’s ass at Revolution.

– Toni Storm’s latest motion picture premiered, and Deonna Purrazzo wasn’t happy about it, as she threatened to break the arm of Storm.

– Tag team action was up next, as Top Flight faced off against the Young Bucks. Everyone’s favorite EVPs were able to pick up the win. In a post-match promo, the Bucks declared themselves the number one contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championships. Darby Allin agreed to the match for Revolution.

– As the show continued to roll on, Willow Nightingale was able to pick up a singles victory over Skye Blue, with a tiny bit of help from Stokely Hathaway.

– In the closing match of the show, Orange Cassidy was able to emerge as the victor in a bloody Texas Deathmatch with Matt Taven. Throughout the match, Mike Bennett, Roderick Strong, and Trent Beretta all got involved, but Beretta was the person to take the proverbial bullet for Cassidy, as he prevented Cassidy from being attacked by Strong.
