Deaner Replaces Steve Maclin, Will Team With Bully Ray At IMPACT Slammiversary; PCO Pulled
Steve Maclin’s replacement has been announced.
On July 8, IMPACT Wrestling announced that Steve Maclin would be unable to compete at IMPACT Slammiversary due to injury. Maclin was scheduled to team with Bully Ray to take on PCO & Scott D’Amore. Darren McCarty is set to serve as a special guest enforcer.
On July 10, Deaner requested to be Bully Ray’s partner for the match. Bully Ray accepted.
It was later announced that PCO participation in the bout was in question after he was set on fire during the July 6 episode of IMPACT Wrestling.
