David Otunga Wins Custody Of His Child Back, Order Of Protection Dropped

David Otunga has been granted custody of his son

TMZ reports that Otunga and his former fiance, Jennifer Hudson, reached a temporary custody agreement that would give Otunga custody of his eight year old son, David Jr., the majority of the time. They cited that Husdon is busy taping The Voice in Los Angeles.

They also reported that Jennifer Hudson also voluntarily dropped her order of protection against Otunga.

It was reported last week that the relationship had ended after almost ten years together. They had been engaged since 2008, but apparently in the last few months the relationship soured. They had been trying to negotiate a amiciable parenting agreement, but obviously that did not happen.

In another report shortly thereafter, TMZ was told by police that they were looking at a misdemeanor domestic battery investigation based on the protective order. With that being dropped, however, there is no word on what the investigation's status is.

Otunga has not been on WWE television since this information came to light. He is usually brought into the pre-show panels before big events since largely being phased out as a full time wrestler a few years ago. He was not a part of Survivor Series. WWE has also yet to publicly comment on the situation.
