David Finlay And Tama Tonga Advance To Final Four Of NJPW New Japan Cup
The final four is set.
David Finlay and Tama Tonga advanced to the semifinals of the NJPW New Japan Cup tournament on March 18.
Finlay scored the win over Shota Umino with the trash panda in his quarterfinal matchup. NEVER Openweight Champion Tonga defeated one-half of the IWGP Tag Team Champions Hirooki Goto in his quarterfinal match, finishing him off with the gun stun.
Finlay and Tama will meet on the March 19 show. The other semifinal bout will feature SANADA taking on Mark Davis.
