Dark Side Of The Ring Special On David Schultz Draws Second-Highest Viewership For Season Two
Dark Side of the Ring’s viewership goes up for the second straight week.
According to Showbuzz Daily, the April 28 episode of Dark Side of the Ring, which focused on David Schultz and his assault of 20/20 reporter John Stossel, averaged 255,000 viewers. That number is the second-highest for an episode this season, behind the season one premiere that focused on the Chris Benoit tragedy.
Last week’s viewership number is 221,000 while the April 14 episode averaged 209,000 viewers, the lowest for an episode this season.
In the 18-49 demographic, this week’s episode drew a 0.11 rating, which was 70th best among cable telecasts for the day. This is up from last week’s episode that drew a 0.10 rating. Through six episodes of season two, Dark Side of the Ring is averaging roughly 243,333 viewers per episode.
Next Tuesday’s episode will discuss Herb Abrams. Dark Side of the Ring airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET on Vice.
