Cody Rhodes Announces AEW Dark, To Show Non-Televised Matches
More AEW programming is coming your way soon.
Cody Rhodes announced on Twitter that AEW Dark will premiere on October 8 and serve as a way for viewers to watch AEW matches on YouTube that aren’t televised on TNT as part of AEW Dynamite. AEW Dark will be on AEW’s YouTube channel and be hosted by Tony Schiavone.

AEW Dynamite recently premiered on TNT on October 2 with the show averaging a little more than 1.4 million viewers, beating out NXT on the USA Network. A number of matches weren’t televised on its debut episode on TNT, including Darby Allin vs. CIMA, The Lucha Brothers, Angelico and Jack Evans vs. The Best Friends and Private Party as well as Allie and Britt Baker vs. Bea Priestley Penelope Ford.
