CM Punk Wants To See People Get Punched, Trinity’s Farewell, Athena Returns | WWE x TNA x ROH Fight Size

Here’s your fight size update following TNA iMPACT, ROH Wrestling, and WWE’s WrestleMania 40 Kickoff on Thursday, February 8, 2024.

– CM Punk was a panelist during the WrestleMania kickoff. Throughout the night, especially following the confrontation at the end of the night that would see The Rock align with Roman Reigns in defense of their family after Cody Rhodes chose to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40 and claimed that Roman’s ancestors would be ashamed of him, Punk made it clear that Cody Rhodes is being too nice and he needs to start punching people in the face.

Punk also claimed that Seth Rollins, who was on stage for this confrontation as well and would also get in the face of The Rock and Roman Reigns, is being too nice and that he needs to start swinging at people as well. To put it simply, CM Punk believes that issues can be solved in professional wrestling when men punch each other in the face.

– The Rock and Roman Reigns both confronted Triple H after the event and demanded that he fix what transpired and Cody Rhodes’ disrespect of their Bloodline. Rock and Roman Reigns would then leave the venue together and The Rock would tell Roman that he understands now.

– Over in TNA, Trinity, who has returned to WWE as Naomi, and is also a part of The Bloodline by marriage, had her final match as she teamed with Jordynne Grace to defeat Gisele Shaw and Savannah Evans. After this defeat, Shaw fired her Shawntourage.

– In Ring of Honor, Athena made her return, gaining a measure of revenge on Nyla Rose. The celebration was short-lived as Nyla Rose would later put Athena through a table backstage.
