CM Punk, US Title Contender Tournament Begins, Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka Set For 12/8 WWE SmackDown
WWE has announced several matches and segments for the December 8 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.
First and foremost, CM Punk returns to WWE SmackDown on a special Tribute to the Troops edition. Punk made his return to WWE at WWE Survivor Series and is currently a free agent so he can travel between brands,
Additionally, two matches will take place in the tournament to crown a new #1 Contender for Logan Paul’s WWE United States Championship. The first two matches will see Dragon Lee continue his Feud with Santos Escobar and Bobby Lashley going one-on-one with Karrion Kross.
Lastly, Charlotte Flair will take on Asuka in singles action.
