CM Punk Sends Grayson Waller A Kiss Emoji After Waller References The Pipe Bomb Promo

CM Punk sees Grayson Waller.

Grayson Waller took to Instagram to post a photo of himself behind the commentary table with the caption “Even on commentary, nobody can touch me.”

The caption is a line from CM Punk’s famous Pipe Bomb promo where he said, “The only thing that’s real is me and the fact that day in and day out, for almost six years, I have proved to everybody in the world that I am the best on this microphone, in that ring, even in commentary! Nobody can touch me!”

Punk took notice of Waller’s post, and gave him a little kiss emoji in return.

Fightful Select published the following report regarding Punk and WWE rumors on October 10:

Fightful spoke with those high up in WWE that any reports of CM Punk signing with WWE are completely false, and additionally as of October 10, the claim internally is that WWE is not in conversations with CM Punk about a comeback. There were several in the company that wanted to make that clear for fans expecting to see him at Survivor Series this year.

For those asking, we did press sources on the numerous teases, or things that could be perceived as CM Punk teases. The higher up and a top WWE talent said that they’re sure that most of them are not cleared beforehand, and might be wrestlers doing it themselves, with the WWE talent saying they might even be doing it to get under CM Punk’s skin. Punk has been doing commentary for CFFC following his AEW departure in September.
