CM Punk Jokes ‘I’m Bad News, You Don’t Want Me In The Locker Room’ During CFFC Event
CM Punk is making light of the situation.
While doing commentary for Cage Fury Fighting Championships on November 18, it was joked that Cage Fury would do “Fury Pro Wrestling” next year and that they were looking for a big signing in reference to CM Punk, who was on commentary.
CM Punk joked, “I’m bad news, you don’t want me in the locker room.”
Fellow announcer John Morgan added to the joke by saying, “That dude will mess up the whole organization. I like working here. Don’t let him do any press conferences.”
All three men laughed and Punk had his hand of his face with a laugh and a big smile at Morgan’s comments.

Punk won the AEW World Title at AEW All Out in September, but was subsequently suspended from the company due to his role in an altercation after the event. Punk and Ace Steel got into a backstage altercation with The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) & Kenny Omega after Punk made disparaging comments about The Elite, Colt Cabana, and Hangman Page during his post-show media scrum.
Tony Khan has not commented on the press conference or altercation, but did say he has nothing but positive things to say about Punk’s on-screen contributions to AEW. You can find his comments by clicking here.
