Chris Jericho Puts An End To The Inner Circle And Forms ‘Jericho Appreciation Society’ In Its Place
That’s entertainment.
For weeks now, there has been dissension within the Inner Circle. The group that Chris Jericho formed at the start of AEW Dynamite’s run on television was in the midst of constant infighting with Santana and Ortiz even defeating Chris Jericho and Jake Hager.
In the kick-off segment of the episode of Dynamite on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, Chris Jericho called out Eddie Kingston so he could properly shake his hand and congratulate him for his victory over Jericho at Revolution.
Chris Jericho and Eddie Kingston shook hands when they were suddenly attacked by 2point0 and their “son,” Daniel Garcia. However, it was all a swerve. When Santana and Ortiz came to the aid of Chris Jericho and brought Floyd the Bat with them.
Chris Jericho used the baseball bat to attack Santana and Ortiz. Eventually, Jake Hager would join Chris Jericho and his new friends in the beatdown of the former Inner Circle members before sending Eddie Kingston crashing through the table with a Powerbomb.
Chris Jericho then christened this new group The Jericho Appreciation Society and proclaimed the prior beatdown as “entertainment.”
