Chelsea Green Challenges For NXT Women’s Title, Wes Lee’s In-Ring Return, More Set For 5/7 WWE NXT
NXT comes out of Spring Breakin’ ready to rock with a loaded card for May 7.
The NXT episode on April 30 ended with WWE NXT GM Ava announcing to Roxanne Perez that she would be defending the NXT Women’s Championship against Chelsea Green on May 7.
Chelsea was just drafted to WWE Friday Night Smackdown as part of the WWE draft but that doesn’t stop her from making a cameo in NXT.

Also announced for the May 7 episode of WWE NXT, Wes Lee will have his first match since November as he takes on Josh Briggs. Wes Lee returned earlier in the night on April 30 to confront NXT North American Champion Oba Femi.
May 7 will also see WWE NXT Champion Trick Williams be a guest on Noam Dar’s Supernova Sessions where Noam has promised to reveal the truth.
Rounding out the card on May 7 will be the NXT Women’s Combine, this will be the first step in crowning the first-ever NXT Women’s North American Champion.
