Charlotte Flair Talks Being Fortunate Enough To Have Never Suffered A Major Injury

Charlotte Flair is genetically superior.

Charlotte Flair has been at the top of WWE’s main roster since the latter half of 2015. In all of that time, Charlotte Flair has never suffered a major injury, and now, she is talking about some of the factors that may have led to her good fortune including her father’s strength in regards to his own injuries.

“I am genetically superior. I’ve never been hurt. Just my heart when I have lost,” she joked while speaking to WFAN in New York. “It takes a toll but like, if you really take I’m always taking care of myself whether it’s in the gym or through nutrition and like getting the proper sleep like sometimes being that loner at home is what has kept me in the game so long. I’ve been very fortunate since 2015, to not have had a major injury. I’ve taken some pretty hard hits and hard bumps but nothing that’s like — I’ve never broken a bone.”

Charlotte Flair also talked about her father, Ric Flair, never complaining of pain throughout her life.

“I never heard my dad complain one time. Ever. I’ve never heard him say, ‘I need an Advil or Tylenol,’ or ‘Oh, my back.’ If he was in pain, he never said anything,” Charlotte said.

Charlotte Flair will test her pain tolerance as she steps in the ring with Ronda Rousey in the main event of the first night of WrestleMania 38 on Saturday, April 2.
