Charlotte Flair Not Cleared Despite Rumors Of Creative Plans In WWE
Charlotte Flair has been sidelined for all of 2024, and that’s still the case.
This week, reports emerged of creative plans involving Charlotte Flair moving forward, specifically involvement with Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton. However, as of now, WWE sources confirmed that she is not cleared yet. It was noted that those in WWE believe there will still be some time before she returns to the ring as the injuries that she sustained were severe.
Charlotte tore her ACL, MCL and meniscus in December 2023. As of the start of the year, WWE sources said that they didn’t expect her to wrestle in 2024, but said if anyone was capable of beating that timetable, it’d be Charlotte Flair. By February she was said to be ahead of schedule, but also way ahead of putting a time on a return.
A WWE source said that until she’s clear, it’s unlikely creative will be put in place. As of now there have not been conversations between the two sides.
There were incorrect aggregations saying that we reported that Charlotte would definitely be out until 2025. We did not report that.
