Charlotte Flair Describes Her Feelings Towards The ‘Ric Flair 30 For 30’ Film And Speaks On Having More To Accomplish In The WWE

"The Queen" still feels that despite all of her accomplishments, there is much more left to do in the WWE.

The current SmackDown Live Women's Champion Charlotte Flair was recently interviewed by The Wrap. While the two parties spoke, Flair would discuss her feelings towards the '30 For 30' film by Rory Karpf that detailed the life, trails and tribulations of her Hall Of Famer father Ric Flair. 

“I am not necessarily a private person, but I am Charlotte Flair on camera and that is playing a character. They talked a lot about my little brother Reid. I was worried about how that was going to make my mom feel. But once it came out, I was just like ‘wow!’ Talk about a man who is so honest and not afraid to say, ‘Hey, I’ve failed, or done these things wrong or these things well.'" Flair would continue, “That’s what I took away from the film. My dad doesn’t apologize for who he is."

Charlotte Flair has only been a part of WWE since 2013. Throughout her six years with the company she has become a triple crown champion winning the NXT Women's Championship, the Divas Championship, held the RAW Women's Title four times and is currently the SmackDown Live Women's Champion. Despite those amazing accomplishments, Flair still feels that she has ways to go before she stakes her claim to being the greatest female WWE superstar of all time.

“I just did a WWE photo shoot where they put these pictures in front of us and we talk about how it makes us feel. They had a picture of me with every championship I’ve ever held. I’ve won every single championship and am the only woman to do that in the company." Flair recalled. “I just thought that it’s not enough, there is more to be done and it’s when you get complacent that you stop evolving. I feel that if I knew then what I know now, I could have been so much better. It’s just continuing to get better and wanting to be an attraction. You look at Brock Lesnar, John Cena, Ronda Rousey; who isn’t even a WWE Superstar yet but she’s an attraction. I want to know that I am putting 30,000 individuals in seats in arenas, that’s my goal."

Charlotte Flair has a roadblock ahead of her on her road to WrestleMania in the form of Ruby Riott. This Sunday, the two women will do battle over the SmackDown Live Women's Championship at WWE 'Fastlane'.
