Cathy Kelley Says Sasha Banks Was “Happy & Grateful” At WrestleMania 35 After Party
Sasha Banks was doing just fine at the WrestleMania 35 after party.
Fans haven’t seen Sasha Banks since WrestleMania 35 when she and Bayley lost the Women’s Tag Team Titles to The IIconics in a fatal four-way match. Banks reportedly wanted to quit the company during WrestleMania weekend due to frustrations over losing the Women’s Tag Team Titles and being split from Bayley in the Superstar Shake-Up. Banks was given time off to think about her decision and hasn’t been on television since.
If Banks wanted out over WrestleMania, she didn’t let it show at the WrestleMania 35 after party according to WWE interviewer/host Cathy Kelley.
Kelley took to Twitter to wish Dash Wilder a happy birthday, posting a photo of Dash tying her shoe.

A fan noticed the shoe next to them and pointed out that Banks was the one standing near. Kelley confirmed that it was Banks, revealing the location and Sasha’s mood.

It was also reported by Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet that Banks and Bayley were “laying on the floor of the locker room floor” at WrestleMania and back at the hotel, “loudly making it known they were unhappy about losing the tag titles.” The IIconics addressed the reported “temper tantrum,” in a recent interview, saying they didn’t see anything. Earlier this week, Banks commented on the rumor that she had quit the promotion in two quick tweets.

WWE was reportedly hopeful that Banks would return for Money in the Bank, but she is not currently scheduled to be part of Sunday’s event.
