On the September 12 episode of WWE NXT, NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes got into a confrontation with NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio. Hayes then challenged “Dirty Dom” to face him in a match, which was confirmed for September 19.

Elsewhere on the show, the NXT Global Heritage Invitational will continue with two matches. Butch will renew his rivalry with Tyler Bate, while Duke Hudson will clash with Joe Coffey.
Plus, former NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez will face Lola Vice.
