Carmella: I Would Love To Defend Our Titles Or Be Involved In Any Capacity At WrestleMania 38
Carmella hopes to be involved in some capacity at WrestleMania.
Carmella is one-half of the reigning WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions alongside Zelina Vega, but the duo haven’t defended their titles since the January 3 episode of Raw.
It is unknown what Carmella will be doing at WrestleMania, but she hopes to be there in some form.
“I would love to defend our championships or be involved in any capacity,” she told Joey Hayden of the Dallas Morning News. “I’ve never really had a high profile feud or story going into WrestleMania so that would be amazing. But honestly, what I’m looking forward to most is just that week leading into WrestleMania — being there with the fans. Now, especially that the world seems to be getting back to normal a little bit, we can hopefully have Axxess again and do out meet-and-greets and all of our appearances. Just get back with the WWE Universe, that’s what I’m looking forward to the most.”
Carmella last wrestled on the January 31 episode of WWE Raw, losing to Bianca Belair in singles action.
Carmella and Corey Graves are set to be part of a new reality series that will air on WWE’s YouTube channel.
