On the April 5 episode of WWE SmackDown, Bronson Reed won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal by last eliminating Ivar.
In a SmackDown Exclusive, Bronson Reed was asked to describe how it felt to win the battle royal.
“It feels great. I had the belief in myself that I was going to win that trophy. That trophy in the hands of any other man is just a trophy. But you watch what I do with it. It’s a launching pad, and I’m going to go on to great things from here on out,” Reed said.
Reed was then asked to comment on what this momentum, what does this do for him after WrestleMania 40. He stated that the momentum would continue, and he had his eyes on the Intercontinental Championship between Gunther and Sami Zayn.
“The momentum is just going to continue. I have my eyes on the Gunther/Sami Zayn match. Let’s just say I want some more gold,” Reed said.
