– SmackDown opened with Sami Zayn coming out and threatening to sue everyone for what transpired last Friday night. Paul Heyman then came out and but when Sami seemed ready to attack him, Brock Lesnar came out. He and Sami were getting along until Heyman said he couldn’t believe what he was seeing, setting Brock off. Lesnar proceeded to attack everyone except Heyman.
Backstage, he was asked why he was here tonight, to which he replied, “Why don’t you ask my advocate, Paul Heyman.”

– After being left out of the Number One Contender Battle Royal two weeks ago, Drew McIntyre came to the ring and swung his sword around, nearly decapitating a couple of wrestlers. He paid Adam Pearce a visit tonight to discuss the matter and was told he couldn’t bring the sword to the ring anymore. He proceeded to plunge it into Pearce’s desk.
