Brett Lauderdale Says Sabu Returned $300 Deposit, Donates It To William Way LGBT Community Center
A happy ending.
On Sunday, Sabu was set to be inducted into the Indie Hall of Fame class of 2024, and he was at the venue, but didn’t want to go upstairs according to GCW promoter Brett Lauderdale. Sabu later said that he simply changed his mind.
Lauderdale said there was no hard feelings.
On Thursday night, Lauderdale revealed that Sabu returned the $300 deposit. Lauderdale has donated the money to The William Way LGBT Community Center.
