The Boys Address AEW Release, Tony Khan Saying That They Missed Shows
The Boys respond to Tony Khan.
On April 1, The Boys (Brandon Tate & Brent Tate) were part of a round of AEW/ROH releases. The Boys were part of Dalton Castle’s act and involved in the storyline between Castle and Johnny TV.
On the ROH Supercard of Honor media call, AEW/ROH owner Tony Khan stated that The Boys had no showed multiple events.
On social media, The Boys addressed Khan’s claims, saying they were booked for certain shows, but there had been miscommunication, or no communication, with travel regarding their arrangements. They also claimed that they were told “budget cuts” as to why they were released and that it had nothing to do with their travel issues.
Screenshots were provided showing their communication with AEW/ROH management about their travel.
