Big Time Action Movie Star David Otunga Has To Be Taught How To Say “Motherf***er”
Welcome to another edition of
OFF-TRACK with A-TRAIN
in this episode
DAVID OTUNGA MIGHT SOMEHOW BE WORSE AT ACTING
THAN HE IS AT WRESTLING COMMENTARY
So David Otunga is taking time away from the Raw commentary desk to go film "Katrina" an action movie that takes place during the titular hurricane in New Orleans in 2005.
In this movie, he plays a street-wise DEA agent named James "World" Lawson.
From everything I've read, it's basically like a "Denzel-Washington-in-Training-Day" type of role, a stretch for the "Harvard-law-educated, but-somehow-has-the-vocabulary-of-a-7th-grade-dropout-while-on-commentary" Otunga.
I don't think he had to audition for the part.
Because, y'all.
David Otunga can't act.
Like at ALL.
He put out this video on facebook with him taking speaking lessons.
I WISH I WAS MAKING THAT UP.
HE HAS TO BE TAUGHT HOW TO SAY MOTHERF*CKER CORRECTLY.
No, seriously.
Watch:
I mean, fair enough, maybe that word isn't a part of your personal everyday vernacular, but you have seen movies, right?
Like, for example, any movie starring Samuel L. Jackson where he's not playing Mace Windu.
HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO SAY MOTHERF*CKER, MOTHERF*CKER?
Reminder: David Otunga posted this to his own Facebook page.
He WANTS people to see this.
David. My dude. This is a bad look.
I bet even Byron Saxton knows how to say Motherf*cker.
BYRON.
SAXTON.
