Bianca Belair Says Being In WWE Is Too Time-Consuming To Keep Up With Other Wrestling Promotions

Bianca Belair doesn’t have a Forbidden Door dream match but has a dream opponent within WWE’s Hall of Fame.

Bianca Belair’s only experience in wrestling has been through the WWE system. Rising her way through NXT, Bianca would go on to become the fourth woman in history to win the Royal Rumble match and become the first woman to ever win a singles match in the main event of a WrestleMania when she defeated Sasha Banks on the first night of WrestleMania 37.

This year, Bianca got to experience a little bit of Forbidden Door action as she faced Mickie James inside the Royal Rumble but when asked by Robbie Fox, on My Mom’s Basement, if she has any Forbidden Door dream matches or pays attention to wrestling be on WWE, Bianca said that WWE’s schedule is simply too time-consuming to allow that right now.

“Being in WWE, it’s so time-consuming. It’s my life and I put so much into it that I’m just focused on WWE, and WrestleMania, and trying to win this Raw Women’s Championship. That’s the most honest answer I can give you,” she said.

“I mean, I think I got an amazing opportunity that the Royal Rumble this year presented itself with Mickie James coming back and being able to share the room with her,” Bianca said regarding who she would like to face beyond the walls of WWE. “That was really cool. I think I got to live that out a little bit with the Royal Rumble, so for me, I kind of feel like I’ve already lived that. Outside of that, my dream match, it’s still within WWE, my dream match is still Beth Phoenix. That’s going to be an answer no matter what.”

Beyond that, Bianca is looking to defeat Becky at WrestleMania 38 and she told Nikki and Brie Bella that she is hoping to face Charlotte Flair at next year’s WrestleMania. Learn more here.
