Becky Lynch Says ‘They’ Have Asked About Ireland Stadium Show, She Has Given Them A Venue
WWE has run more stadium shows since coming out of the pandemic with major Premium Live Events with major events like WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Royal Rumble taking place in a stadium and special events such as Clash at the Castle finding a home in a stadium
Becky Lynch is hoping to bring a stadium show to Ireland in the near future.
“We were just talking about that. Yes, I gave the venue and all, the RDS, we can have one,” Becky told Mark Andrews on My Love Letter to Wrestling when asked about the possibility of a stadium show in Ireland. “I don’t know that we have the population to sustain it, but I think when you have the UK and Europe so close, absolutely.”
It was not clear who “they” were in Lynch’s response. The RDS Arena has a capacity of roughly 18,500
WWE’s next stadium show will be SummerSlam 2023 when the event is held at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan.
Lynch returned to television on Monday’s WWE Raw, confronting Trish Stratus after she turned on her and Lita on the April 17 episode of WWE Raw.
