On the October 24 episode of WWE NXT, WWE held the first night of the NXT Halloween Havoc TV special. The show was headlined by an NXT Women’s Championship match, where Becky Lynch defended the gold aginsg Lyra Valkyria. Valkyria ultimately emerged victorious, as she pinned Lynch and won the title. Lynch embraced Valkyria and showed her respect by raising her arm after the bel.
Lynch then took to social media and briefly stated that the future was bright. She also posted a picture of the Irish flag; both Lynch and Valkyria are Irish-born wrestlers

“The Man” might have a new foe on the horizon, as Jade Cargill appeared ahead of the title match at NXT Halloween Havoc. This marked the second week in a row that Cargill has crossed paths with Lynch; they had a brief confrontation on the October 16 episode of WWE Raw. More information is available here.
