Becky Lynch Reacts To Asuka Ruining Her Return On 4/25 Raw: ‘I Literally HANDED This Bitch My Title’
Becky Lynch is just expecting a little bit of gratitude from Asuka. Is that too much to ask?
Becky Lynch was supposed to be in the spotlight during her Monday Night Raw return on Monday, April 25, 2022. This was the first time that Becky Lynch was on WWE TV since losing to Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 38. Becky bared her soul and admitted that she was in a decline, saying she had hit rock bottom.
Then, Asuka returned to let Becky Lynch know that any potential climb back to the mountaintop would be halted by The Empress of Tomorrow. Asuka had not wrestled since Money in the Bank 2021, but it had been one year longer than that since she had shared a ring with Becky Lynch.
When Asuka won the Money in the Bank briefcase in 2020, she was awarded the WWE Women’s Championship by Becky Lynch, who announced her pregnancy and subsequent hiatus. During that promo, Becky Lynch openly said that Asuka had been deserving of the title for quite some time before handing it to her.
Becky Lynch never forgot about that moment.
On Twitter, reacting to the events that transpired on April 25, 2022, Becky Lynch called Asuka a “bitch,” reminding her that she literally handed over her title two years ago.
