Becky Lynch: I Won’t Steal The Show At WrestleMania 40, I’ll Earn It
Becky Lynch sounds ready for WrestleMania 40.
Becky Lynch is set to challenge Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 40. Lynch is no stranger to big time Mania matches, headlining WrestleMania 35 and becoming the first woman to win in the main event of WrestleMania.
Speaking to TMZ, Becky was asked if she plans on stealing the show this weekend.
“Not steal it, I’ll earn it. I’ll earn it. I’ll beat the bejesus out of her. Make her question why she ever showed up to Philadelphia. That’s what will happen,” she said.
Ripley has mentioned Lynch’s daughter Roux during the build up of the match, and when asked if Roux would be watching, Lynch replied, “Well, hopefully, she won’t be watching too closely because I think she might be a little scared of mommy.”
Lynch gave one final warning to Rhea, saying, “Enjoy your last few weeks as champion.”
While making the media rounds, Lynch stated she would love to open night one of WrestleMania 40. You can find her full comments by clicking here.
