BCC Gets A Win, Athena Picks Up A Win On AEW Programming, Anna Jay Makes History | AEW Fight Size

Here is your fight size update following AEW Saturday Collision and AEW Battle of the Belts X on Saturday, April 13, 2024.

Below are highlights from both events and the most important headlines coming out of the night.

– In the headlining match of the Collision portion of the programming on April 13 Claudio Castagnoli and Bryan Danielson of the Blackpool Combat Club defeat Kyle Fletcher and Will Hobbs of the Don Callis family. The victory came when Claudio pinned Kyle. After the match, Danielson was attacked by Konosuke Takeshita. Takeshita closed out AEW Saturday Collision by dropping Danielson on his head with a Brainbuster on the ramp.

– In the closing portion of AEW Battle of the Belts, Athena scored a victory, successfully defending her Ring of Honor Women’s World Championship against Red Velvet. After the match, Athena and Billie Starkz attempted to attack Velvet but she fought back against them and was saved by Queen Aminata.
