On the last episode of SmackDown before Super ShowDown, Naomi defeated Carmella in a No. 1 contender match for Bayley’s SmackDown Women’s Championship. Naomi now has an opportunity to become a three-time SmackDown Women’s Champion, tied for second-most in the brand’s history.
