Bayley: I Don’t Just Show Up To Clock In And Clock Out

Bayley is here to be more.

On last night’s episode of SmackDown Live, Bayley was moved to the blue brand as part of the Superstar Shake-Up. In her first promo on SmackDown, Bayley declared that she is now a singles competitor, seemingly breaking away from Sasha Banks and the Boss N Hug Connection.

Following the Shake-Up, Bayley posted the following message on Twitter.

Bayley was reportedly frustrated over WrestleMania weekend after finding out she and Sasha Banks would be losing the Women’s Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania 35. Banks reportedly wanted out of the company and has since been given time off to think about her decision.

Bayley’s “clock in and clock out” comment parallels what The Revival said over WrestleMania weekend in a roundtable alongside Banks & Bayley.

Dash Wilder stated, “It’s easy to get frustrated. Anybody who is passionate about something will know that feeling. If you’re passionate and you care and you know what it can be and what you bring to the table…If you could just clock in and clock out, no stress. But when it consumes every hour of your day, it’s different.”

While Scott Dawson added, “It’d be way less frustrating if we didn’t care and we just looked at it as a job.”

It was reported earlier this year that The Revival had requested their release from WWE over creative frustrations. The situation involving Banks has been compared to the January situation involving The Revival.

As reported earlier today, WWE is hopeful that Banks will return to the company by Money in the Bank on May 19.
