Bayley, Dakota Kai, And Io Shirai Return, Becky Lynch Turns Babyface At WWE SummerSlam 2022
SummerSlam 2022 kicked off with a bang in every way possible.
After Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair went to war with one another and Bianca successfully defended the Raw Women’s Championship in the opening of WWE SummerSlam 2022, Bianca learned that her championship run is just getting started.

Bayley returned to WWE after spending over a year away due to injury but she did not come alone. Bayley brought with her Io Shirai, referred to as “IYO SKY”. The former NXT Women’s Champion, Io had been off of television since WrestleMania weekend. However, she still wasn’t the only name Bayley right with her upon returning.

Dakota Kai, who had been released from WWE earlier in the year, also appeared alongside Bayley and all three of them headed to the ring to confront Bianca Belair.

However, Bianca has a new ally.
After their title match, Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair embraced in a sign of respect and Becky was quick to let Bianca know that she would gladly fight beside her against this new threat.
