B Cool: I’m Not Surprised At How Well Orange Cassidy Is Doing, Working With Him Was A Treat

B Cool reflects on working with Orange Cassidy at OTT’s Fifth Anniversary.

B Cool looks back on working with Orange Cassidy.

Back in 2019 at Over The Top Wrestling’s Fifth Anniversary event, Freshly Squeezed Orange Cassidy made his way over to Dublin, Ireland to compete at the event. He would square off with OTT’s B Cool in a singles match where Cassidy would showcase his sloth style against one of Ireland’s best. Cassidy would end up winning the match, but for B Cool, it was a treat to work with him.

While speaking to Fightful’s Corey Brennan, B Cool reflected on his bout with Cassidy, noting that he found the experience easy.

“Well, working with him was a treat. He was brilliant. He was the most over guy on the indies for a reason. He wasn’t over just because he put his hands in his pockets. He was a character. People like characters and working with him was easy you know? Whenever i work with someone who’s easy i’m happy so I really i love that match. That’s one of my favorite matches. That was another big match to be given as well because I wasn’t around a lot same as Moxley. I wasn’t on a lot of people’s list to be the guy to to wrestle to kind of be a little bit, you know, not arrogant, but I think I was the right guy to wrestle both Orange Cassidy and Jon Moxley for OTT. Obviously seeing him go on and what he’s done in AEW was brilliant. I know he has lads that criticize him for whatever mad reason, but whatever reason is their own, you know, wrestling is subjective. Yeah, I’m not surprised how well he’s doing.”

Since his trip to Ireland in 2019, Cassidy has sky rocketed to the forefront of All Elite Wrestling where he is the current AEW International Champion.

Meanwhile, B Cool recently won the OTT Loco Rumble and will main event ScrapperMania for the OTT World Title. He is also set to face off with Big Damo next month, but is trying to find a way out of it. You can read more here.
