On the April 12 episode of AEW Rampage, Anna Jay expressed her frustration with recent developments in the women’s division. She noted that no one was taking it seriously, and she referenced the way Mina Shirakawa kissed Anna Jay on the April 10 episode of AEW Dynamite. Jay said that everyone was messing around, and it was not about wrestling anymore. STARDOM star AZM approached Jay and noted that Mariah and Mina were stupid.
AZM then targeted AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm and sent her a brief message. She blew Storm a kiss and smacked her behind. Jay was seemingly impressed, as she mimicked the sequence and gave AZM a fist bump.

AZM will face Toni Storm in an AEW Women’s World Championship Eliminator on the April 13 episode of AEW Collision.
