Here is your post-NXT fight size update for November 1.

Here is your post-NXT fight size update for November 1.

– Ava Raine (Simone Johnson) somewhat took a shot at The Rock. When the WWE on BT Sport Twitter account wondered what “The Great One” would think about his daughter’s bold message on NXT, Raine responded by simply writing, “Irrelevant.”

– Apollo Crews noted that he’s not sure if Bron Breakker wants to face him because he’s a matchup problem. Crews argued that Breakker has been running from him. Von Wagner confronted him and stated that he, not Crews, is the future of the NXT Championship. At the end of the show, JD McDonagh confronted Crews and stated that it’d be tough to have his vision with a detached retina.

– WWE Raw star R-Truth battled Grayson Waller after their confrontation last week. The match was called off after Truth suffered an apparent injury, and he was helped to the back. Waller then bragged about his victory over the veteran.

– NXT Champion Bron Breakker kicked off the show; he had the previous week off after his successful defense at NXT Halloween Havoc. He noted that the premium live event was a big success for NXT, but NXT Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly interrupted him. The duo mocked Breakker and said they’re sick of him. Breakker fired back by mocking their accents and calling them wankers. Pretty Deadly said they should be the ones opening up the show, as their defense was bigger than Breakker’s. NXT North American Champion Wes Lee came to the ring and told Pretty Deadly to shut up. Breakker and Lee agreed the champions had great hair. Breakker and Lee challenged Pretty Deadly to a title match.

– In the main event, Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson) defended the NXT Tag Team Championship against Bron Breakker and Wes Lee. At the end of a hard-fought bout, Carmelo Hayes interfered and tipped Hayes off the top, allowing Pretty Deadly to clinch the win. Hayes took the fight to Hayes, and Von Wagner blindsided Breakker after the bell.

– Schism sat down for an interview one week after Ava Raine’s debut. Raine commented on her arrival by noting that her Schism family are the only people who took the time to get to know her when she was dealing with a number of injuries and other setbacks. Gacy noted that people have been asking Raine for things her whole life, but Schism accepts her for who she is. Jagger Reid stated that Raine has brought more eyes to Schism than ever before. The group stated that they’re not responsible for the unfavorable reactions they get. Vic Joseph brought up the accusations that Schism has brainwashed Raine. She responded that she chose to join Schism because the group could help take her to new heights. She then vowed that Schism will make an example of Cameron Grimes.

Zoey Stark got into a heated confrontation with Indi Hartwell backstage. Hartwell noted that she never gets title matches, and Stark claimed that Hartwell doesn’t deserve them. They nearly got into a brawl before they were separated. The two women later clashed in a match, and Stark showcased her mean streak throughout the bout. In the end, Nikkita Lyons tried to calm Stark down, and the distraction cost her partner, as Hartwell scored the pinfall victory. – Kayden Carter and Katana Chance poked fun at Starks and Lyons after their latest setback.

NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose and her Toxic Attraction stablemates celebrated the one-year milestone of Rose’s title reign. Rose noted that people used to see her as nothing more than eye candy, but she wanted to rebuild herself, so she bet on herself by coming to NXT. She called it the best decision she has ever made, as she has showed the world that she deserves respect. Rose declared that no one will kick her out of her throne. Smoke suddenly filled the ring, and Alba Fyre attacked the trio. She laid out Gigi Dolin and told Rose that Jayne is next. Fyre then vowed to dethrone Rose in two weeks.

– Andre Chase hyped up Thea Hail backstage, but she noted that something didn’t feel right. The camera panned to the Chase U flag that Bodhi Hayward used to carry. Due to his absence, Duke Hudson eagerly stepped up and carried the flag to the ring. Hail then faced Kiana James. Despite Hudson’s enthusiasm, he somewhat cost Hail the match. He tried to bend the rules and help her out, but Chase ejected him from ringside. James then capitalized on the distraction and pinned James to win the bout. Charlie Dempsey attacked Chase after the bout, but Hudson came back down to make the save.

– Backstage, Javier Bernal told Malik Blade and Edris Enofe that they’re not championship material, but they could learn a thing or two by watching his match. Unfortunately for him, his opponent was Odyssey Jones, who returned to the ring on TV for the first time since December. Jones had missed several months with an injury. He battled Bernal and beat him to pick up a decisive victory.

– Brooks Jensen and Briggs Jensen stated that they’re targeting the NXT Tag Team Championship. Fallon Henley got served with some mysterious paperwork.

– Robert Stone confronted Bron Breakker backstage and noted that he should focus more on defending the NXT Championship, perhaps against his client, Von Wagner. Breakker told Stone that Wagner should have spoke him himself rather than sending his errand boy.

Another Dominik Dijakovic teaser aired; he stated that it’s not about anger, it’s about justice and his authority.

– Sanga parted ways with Valentina Feroz. Veer Mahaan told him that people take his kindness for weakness, and he’s here to change that.

Another message from SCRYPTS played; they stated that one by one, NXT will fall. They vowed to leave their mark upon their imminent arrival.

Cora Jade faced Valentina Feroz in a singles match. Feroz showed flashes, but Jade pinned for the win. Jade was about to attack Feroz after the bell, but Wendy Choo made the save, She sent Jade running out of the ring.

– Backstage, Tony D’Angelo told Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo that he’ll be facing Hank Waller next week. Elektra Lopez interrupted and stated that she’s her own boss now.

– In a WWE Digital Exclusive, Grayson Waller beat up Little Jimmy and stated that getting in the ring with him is never safe because he hurts people.

– In a WWE Digital Exclusive, Carmelo Hayes said that he interfered in the main event because he does want he wants, and his presence on NXT is a present.

– Odyssey Jones discussed his return to the ring in a WWE Digital Exclusive. He expressed his excitement, noting that it was a difficult journey back, but it was all worth it for the moment he had on Tuesday.
