Athena To Defend ROH Women’s Title Against Leyla Hirsch On 10/5 ROH TV
ROH Women’s Title bout set for next Thursday.
Ring of Honor announced that Athena will defend her ROH Women’s Title against Leyla Hirsch on the October 5 episode of ROH TV.
Hirsch made the announcement on the September 28 episode of ROH TV. Hirsch said the ROH Board of Directors thought she was ready, even if Maria Kanellis disagreed.

Hirsch picked up a victory over Laynie Luck on the September 28 episode of ROH TV. Athena most recently defended her ROH Women’s Title on the September 21 episode of ROH TV, defeating Angelina Love.
